Rockville 20853 Neighborhoods Unite for Huge Community Yard Sale

Three neighborhoods in Rockville 20853 (just outside city limits) are coming together this weekend for a massive community yard sale. More than 50 families are expected to participate.

Families in the Flower Valley, Manor Lake, and Norbeck Manor neighborhoods, which are bordered by Norbeck Rd and Muncaster Mill Rd, will set out trinkets and treasures in their yards and garages starting at 8am on Saturday, May 2. The rain dates are May 9th and 16th.

The huge community yard sale is organized and sponsored by Thomas Powers with Long & Foster. Powers, a 35-year leader in Montgomery County real estate, grew up in Flower Valley and is a Rockville High School graduate. For event updates, check his Facebook page.

Maps for participating yard sale families will be available at two neighborhood entrances off Norbeck Road: In Manor Lake at Bauer Drive and in Flower Valley at Emory Lane.
